Peoples Agenda for Development Sierra Leone (PAD-SL) is a community-focused, non-profit organization based in Pujehun District, Barrie Chiefdom. We are committed to improving lives through safe water and sanitation, climate-smart agriculture with Inga edulis and inland valley swamps, and bee farming skills training.
We work directly with rural communities to promote sustainable development, empower farmers, and support long-term environmental resilience. All these activities is supported by our partner’s organization Rory’s well a United Kingdom Based charity.

Our Key Areas of Work
Our Key Areas of Work
Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH)
We improve access to safe and reliable water through the construction and rehabilitation of community water systems, solar-powered pumps, hygiene education, and local capacity building.
Climate-Smart Agriculture
We support farmers to increase food production while protecting the environment through Inga edulis agroforestry, inland valley swamp development, soil restoration, and climate-resilient farming practices.
