PAD-SL has successfully designed and implemented community-driven development projects that address critical needs in water access, sustainable agriculture, environmental protection, and livelihood improvement. Water Well Construction and Rehabilitation

PAD-SL supports communities by constructing new water wells and rehabilitating non-functional ones to ensure safe, reliable, and accessible drinking water. These interventions reduce waterborne diseases, save time for women and children, and improve overall community health and productivity.

Solar Pump Installation

To promote clean and sustainable energy, PAD-SL installs solar-powered water pumping systems in underserved areas. These systems provide a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for water supply, especially in remote communities with limited access to electricity.

Hygiene Education and Sanitation Improvement

Inga Agroforestry Farms

Inland Valley Swamp Rehabilitation

Beekeeping Training and Honey Production

PAD-SL provides training in modern beekeeping techniques to support income generation and environmental conservation. Beneficiaries gain skills in hive management, honey harvesting, and marketing, creating sustainable livelihoods while promoting biodiversity.
