Who We Are

Peoples Agenda for Development Sierra Leone (PAD-SL) is a community-based, non-governmental organization dedicated to sustainable rural development. We operate primarily in Pujehun District and surrounding areas, working with communities to address poverty, water insecurity, environmental degradation, and limited livelihood opportunities.

Our work is guided by professionalism, transparency, and a deep commitment to service.

Our Mission

To serve humanity by delivering sustainable water, sanitation, agricultural, and livelihood solutions that improve well-being, strengthen resilience, and promote inclusive development in rural Sierra Leone.

Our Vision

A Sierra Leone where rural communities have reliable access to clean water, productive and climate-resilient agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, and the capacity to drive their own development.

Our Team

PAD-SL is supported by a multidisciplinary team of field officers, WASH technicians, agricultural specialists, environmentalists, beekeeping trainers, and community mobilizers. Our team works closely with local leaders and youth groups to ensure effective implementation and sustainability of projects.
